**Review for Coconut Beach Farm Resort**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coconut Beach Farm Resort and it was nothing short of spectacular. Opting for the tree house accommodation was a great choice; it was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a breathtaking pool view. The food is a delight with room service adding a touch of convenience. What stood out was the owner's warm hospitality, offering superb recommendations for sightseeing and dining. We took their advice and dined at Fullora restaurant in Alibaug – the seafood there is a must-try! The resort's location is another perk, being less than a km from Nagaon beach and with both Alibaug and Kashid beaches under an hour's drive away. Plus, for fellow pet owners, it's a haven, being pet-friendly. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!

I visited here last weekend with a team of 25 people. So, it was full property for us except for royal tent room.
Definitely worth of every penny we spent. Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was great and they keep changing water regularly so hygienic as well, food was awesome for both veg and non veg. Staff was very co-operative and they supported us in every possible way. Amazing spots for photo sessions since theme is well defined and creative. They have all sport accessories and options like- cricket, badminton, table tennis, carrom, dart etc. Music speakers are also available along pool side. Though would suggest owner to get improved music system as sound gets low in open area with current speakers. Overall it was an amazing place to stay and we had a wonderful time staying there for a night.

Our team decided to take a short break from work and plan a weekend retreat, and this place turned out to be the perfect spot. We stayed in a duplex AC room, which was spacious, clean, and super cozy especially since it rained throughout the evening. While the rain poured outside, we gathered in the common area and spent hours playing chess, carrom, and cards, laughing and bonding like never before.
The fast WiFi allowed us to stay connected when needed, and the 24/7 housekeeping ensured everything was taken care of without us having to lift a finger. It felt great to unwind, share stories, and enjoy simple moments together as a team. This trip was more than just a getaway it brought us closer as colleagues and friends.

Perfect example of an excellent resort
One of the best resort I have visited till now. I had a wonderful experience at the Coconut Beach Farm. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. It's a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to stay in such beautiful and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I highly recommend this resort to all.

Perfect Place For Vacation..!!❤️
1. Rooms and amenities were well maintained and was taken care of complete hygiene.
2. Entire Staff were co-operative, polite and helpful specially - Abhijit the guy who managed everything, the Chef And His Wife were the key players of this team we can say.
3. Food Was quite tasty and exactly the way we cook at home, so there was no need of looking for any hotels aur outside food in those 3 days.
4. Garden Area, Swimming pool n surroundings were well maintained.
5. Overall It Was an Amazing expeience and wud definitely visit another time and also suggest this place to many others.

"To celebrate my 30th birthday, I booked a Super Deluxe Room at Coconut Beach Farm and invited a small group of friends. I wanted a cozy yet lively spot, and this place ticked all the boxes.
The room was beautiful, well-furnished, with air conditioning, TV, and access to a music system. We decorated the room, and the staff even helped with balloons and a surprise birthday cake. We spent the evening by the bonfire, dancing to our playlist, and grilling on the barbeque while others relaxed in deck chairs with cocktails.
What impressed me most was how the resort offered privacy for our party, yet had enough open space for group activities the next day—badminton, cricket, and dips in the swimming pool.
It felt like a destination celebration without the travel hassle. Everyone left with a smile and tons of photos—and I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday.

We booked Duplex room no. 1 for 5 people .. It was worth deal.. Preferred for family n frnds.very specious n neat n clean. Even though only one washroom was in the room could manage bcoz immediately attached to room another common washroom was there..

Owner is very joyful n helpful person. staff is very courteous... They are always there for you.. In midnight as well. For spl occasions they arrange decoration n arrangements with additional charges.

Food was delicious 😋 (sply Maharashtrian style food).

Spool pool area n water was clean n well maintained. Indoor games, play area for childrens. Parking.

A place that you would like to be but food is expensive... Boat house is amazing so please seek for its booking... the staff is treats you like a family member. And a home feeling as well.... this is not recommended for a an over night trip but a vacation that you can spend for more that 2 days... the other guests that came were family crowd including individual couples. And there was no hindrance to your privacy....
Bottom line. If you want to relax and have a private time or a way to express yourself to your loved ones then this is the place....
Don't forget to carry an Odomos with you... ☺

"Our weekend at the Coconut Beach resort in Alibaug was made extra special with a spontaneous trip to the Raigad Ropeway. Nestled among coconut trees and greenery, the stay offered the perfect base for our little adventure. The ropeway ride gave us stunning aerial views as we ascended to the majestic Raigad Fort, making it a highlight of our trip.
After exploring the fort and soaking in the history and scenery, we returned to the peaceful farm stay. The evening was spent unwinding in the garden, chatting under the stars, and simply enjoying the calm surroundings. It was the perfect blend of nature, history, and relaxation.

A very good place near nagaon beach, which is pet friendly. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people. Initially adjacent rooms were not available but the manager Nandu was very helpful and they gave us two adjacent tree house next day. Nandu was very supportive throughout our stay. The veg food is very delicious, you don't need to step outside searching for good food, all thanks to Ashok the chef. The staff is very caring and happy, take care like your family, especially Rukimini. This is truly a home away from home.

"Last month, three of my closest friends and I decided to take a break from our hectic work lives and booked the Tree House at Coconut Beach Farm. We didn’t expect this level of peace and natural beauty. Perched among tall trees with a balcony overlooking greenery, the tree house gave us privacy, fresh air, and complete disconnect from the noise of the city.
Our days started with a quick dip in the swimming pool, followed by breakfast in the garden dining area. The rooms were comfortable, had A/C, TV, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough to stream our favorite music while relaxing in the hammocks.
Evenings were the highlight—we’d gather around the bonfire, grill snacks on the barbeque, and play badminton or carrom like old times. The deck chairs and quiet corners gave us the perfect setup for long conversations under the stars.
It was the digital detox and emotional recharge we all needed. We left with hearts full and a stronger friendship.

Oh my god it was amazing stay at Coconut beach farm. Very beautiful resort with all the amenities. Rooms are having swings also and with small garden. The pool is so beautiful. When you lie down on swing on look in the sky you will see beautiful coconut trees. And also their staff is so friendly. We loved staying there. We again want to go there. It is near to Nagaon beach which is very beautiful beach and full of water sports activities. Also, they have very good food with reasonable rates. "We stumbled upon Coconut Beach Farm while searching for offbeat stays in coastal Maharashtra, and their Boat House room immediately caught our eye. It looked like something out of a travel magazine—and staying there was even better.
The design of the room felt like being on a wooden boat, anchored in nature. Inside, it was surprisingly spacious with A/C, a cozy bed, TV, and all the essentials. The best part? Sitting on the small deck with umbrella, enjoying coconut water while overlooking palm trees swaying with the wind.
We spent our days lazing around the swimming pool, trying out badminton in the outdoor games area, and curling up with a board game at night. The Wi-Fi was strong enough to keep us connected, though we barely needed it.
The resort also felt very secure and serene, with power back-up, first-aid, and even pet-friendly policies—which made us wish we had brought our pup along.

I recently visited the place with my family and we had a great time. This is a pet friendly property and the team here is very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and this place has a lot of greenery. The Swimming pool is also clean and you can even have pool side dinner. We had both veg and non-veg food and everything is prepared nicely, Taste is good and it feels more like a homely cooking. Apart from the whole staff, Special shoutout for Rukmini Devi, who was always around to take care of the visitors.

We always struggle to find good pet-friendly spots, but this place made everything so easy. Our dog ran freely through the open lawns, tail wagging the entire time. While he played, we relaxed by the pool with music playing gently in the background. The staff even brought out water bowls for him. Visited the place for a 2nights 3days stays. The location is accessible around the city and nand, the manager helps you get a ride incase you don't have a ride of yourself. The food was decent but there are many better restaurants around overall the room service is pretty quick. The breakfast was included in our stay and loved the hygiene food. It was a calm and peaceful stay . Do get whatever help needed through nandu, who makes you feel at home and almost seems pretty warm and inviting person
